Ogdensburg Republican Journal - August 26, 1930 |
I've been doing some research on the Colored House of David and I wanted to share some of my results here. Using the wonderful resources from the Northern New York Library Network I searched for the string "Colored House of David". My bibliographic style might slightly differ from what you're used to, but it should convey the important information.
I hope to do similar searches for "House of David", "Zulu Cannibal Giants", and other barnstorming teams.
“Colored House of David” mentioned in newspapers from northern New York.

Do you have any articles or information for the 1947 colored house of david team. If so, please contact me. My uncle Emerson Swift was on that team. It is hard to find anything on this outstanding team.
