From the 2008 Standard Catalog of Baseball Cards (which I'm going to start referring to as The Catalog until further notice)...
1990 Starline
Five-card cello packs of this Coca-Cola sponsored issue were given away with the purchase of dinner and a soft drink at Long John Silver fish restaurants. Cards feature game-action photos on front, bordered in team colors. Backs repeat the team-color scheme and feature a portrait photo along with major league stats and career highlights. Most of the players had two or more cards in the 40-card issue. A header card in each pack offered a 2' x 3' poster of one of 18 players in set for $3.99.
Darryl Strawberry's other card in this set is #21. His card is also included in an unnumbered prototype set (also Starline) from 1990, along with Eric Davis, Mark Grace, Tony Gwynn, Gregg Jefferies, Don Mattingly and Mark McGwire.In 1991 Starline produced a five card prototype set for approval from the baseball licensing authorities. It is reported that only 60 sets were produced. Players in that unnumbered set include George Bell, Bobby Bonilla, Roger Clemens, Tim Raines and Darryl Strawberry.
